By accessing or using the QUE platform and website at meetque.com (the "Service"), operated by The I.Q. S.E.C. Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
QUE is a Neurological Security™ SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) platform designed to detect and respond to neurological micro-breaches across digital interactions. The Service includes the QUE web application, interactive demonstrations, and related features. QUE is your neurological security partner.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- Maintain and promptly update your account information.
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

6. Early Access and Beta Features
Certain features of the Service may be provided as early access or beta. These features are provided "as is" and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice. Early access features may contain bugs or errors, and we make no warranties regarding their performance or availability.
7. Neuro-Infrastructure™ Device Connections
QUE allows you to connect compatible third-party devices ("Neuro-Infrastructure Devices"), including but not limited to smartwatches, smart rings, EEG headbands, HRV sensors, continuous glucose sensors, and other wearable or medical-grade devices. By connecting any device to the Service, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Not a Medical Device: QUE is not a medical device and is not cleared, approved, or registered by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any equivalent regulatory body in any jurisdiction. The Service does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
- Informational Use Only: All data collected from connected devices is processed solely for informational and educational purposes in the context of neurological security partnering. You should not rely on QUE's output for any medical, health, or clinical decisions.
- Consult Healthcare Professionals: Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making any health-related decisions. If you experience a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.
- Data Collection and Processing: Biometric and physiological data from connected devices may be collected, transmitted, stored, and processed to generate neurological security insights. All device data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). Data handling is governed by our Privacy Policy.
- Third-Party Devices: The Company is not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, or performance of any third-party device. Device manufacturers' terms of service and privacy policies also apply to your use of their hardware and software.
- Voluntary Connection: Connecting a device to QUE is entirely voluntary. The core Service functionality is available without any device connections. You may disconnect devices at any time.
- No Liability for Device Data: The Company assumes no liability for any decisions, actions, or consequences arising from biometric data collected through connected devices or the neurological security insights generated therefrom.
- Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to connect medical-grade or clinical devices to the Service. Users under 18 may connect consumer-grade wearables only with verifiable parental or guardian consent.
- Data Retention: Device data may be retained for the duration of your active account plus 30 days after account deletion, after which it will be permanently purged. You may request early deletion of device data by contacting us.
8. Privacy

9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE I.Q. S.E.C. INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The I.Q. S.E.C. Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
12. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
